The Church is not a building. It is a community of people who gather together to worship and serve God together. The Church is made up of individuals like you who gather together in local congregations.
ABOUT OUR CHURCH
Our Savior’s has been meeting at its present location for 55 years. Formed from two older congregations, one Danish and one Swedish, Our Savior’s now welcomes people from many backgrounds and cultures. Over its history the congregation has had partnerships with many outreach ministries, including a Hispanic mission in Hartford, missionary work in Brazil, Habitat for Humanity, Heifer Project, and Lutheran World Relief, to name a few. Sunday school, confirmation, and adult education ministries continue to equip young and old alike to live out their faith. We welcome you to join us!
Our Savior’s celebrates the full inclusion of children. Children serve in our Sunday worship as worship leaders and ushers. Every week there is a message just for kids (the adults like it, too!). Sunday school is at 10 am for pre-school through 6th grade.
